Santa Dash

Well done and huge thanks to the Friends of the School who organised the brilliant Cartmel Park Santa Dash on Sunday morning. Around 70 runners of all ages enjoyed the 2km and 5km trail runs on a beautiful frosty morning, then tucked into cake and hot drinks in the Scout Hut afterwards. The sight of so many people running through the woods in Santa hats and other festive gear must have startled passing walkers! Events like these take a lot of hard work behind the scenes, so we're very grateful to all the parent organisers, the marshalls who stood out in the cold to make sure no-one went off course, and everyone who helped out in other ways.
