Mindfulness meditation

We have been practising some mindfulness meditation in class this week. We have previously had a go however have decided to make if more frequent. The children are becoming much better and have today commented on how much they enjoy it and how positive and calm they feel afterwards. We are concentrating on our breathing and the breath and how the body 'lives', trying to keep a clear mind and beginning to start thinking about waving goodbye to everyday thoughts as we sit and listen.
