Lunch at the Priory

This afternoon Mr and Mrs Milner and I took children who are members of the Eco and School Council for lunch at the Priory. We ate lunch with some of the older local residents and it was lovely to see the children chatting about all sorts of things from Christmas to hobbies, travel, the past and lots more! We all enjoyed a yummy lunch of lasagne, salad and then apple, rhubarb and ginger crumble and custard. (Some children even enjoyed it that much they had seconds of each!) The feedback from those who attended and the children was great, we all had such a lovely afternoon and are looking forward to the next one.

Thank you to Rev.Nick and the ladies who put it on. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we are very grateful for you inviting us, helping us create close and positive relationships with the local community and the people in it. A lovely start to the new year!
