Headteacher Friday Update 13th March 2020

This week has been a somewhat quieter week than last!  The children have engaged in a range of sports, including with Westmorland FA, Miss Jayne's dance and QuikSticks Hockey.  Unfortunately due to the terrible weather the tournament was called off mid afternoon.  Thanks to those participating though!

Reverend Nick came in to work with Classes 2 and 3 mid week on planning worship.  The children worked really well in teams to consider the stages of worship, hymns and prayers and we will be moving this forwards following the Easter break.

We plan to have a service for Easter at The Priory at 2pm on Friday 27th March.  Everyone will be very welcome!

Please note that your child has come home with a copy of our recent inspection report tonight and a letter and this is also on our school website.

We've also distributed an update letter on Coronavirus for yor information.

Please do join us for Groundforce Morning this Sunday 9-12, with paint brushes, spades etc in hand.  Refreshments will be provided for your hard work and it is very much appreciated, even if you can only come for a short while to help out.
