Cricket - Durham V Lancashire

We were exceptionally lucky to have been invited to the Durham V Lancashire cricket at Sedbergh School today. We were only able to take a select number of children so we had to draw names from a hat!

What a fantastic day we had! The children were so well behaved and very excited to complete their special job! We did the guard of honour as the teams came on to the pitch and in the afternoon we even had a Durham player, Chris Rushworth, come down and bowl for us and play during his break! Lots of people commented on how it was nice to see younger children there and what a great opportunity it was. Thank you so much to Pete for inviting us and for this opportunity to take some All Stars cricketers along. We had a super day!
