Very busy bees! 🐝🌟👍

Class one has had a very busy first week back! The reception children have settled in fantastically and it's like they have been with us for months already. On Monday we had some special visitors in school - frogs, so learnt all about them, their similarities and differences to toads, the frog life cycle and completed lots of activities and crafts surrounding them on our froggy day. The children expressed an interest on Monday afternoon about cold environments and the Arctic in particular. This then lead our learning for the week! Something we all learnt was that there is a macaroni penguin and they have "funky eyebrows"! We have also started yoga with Jen and the children are enjoying this new experience on a Thursday afternoon.
