Ulverston Canal Anchor Festival 2018

We are delighted to be taking part in this year's Ulverston Canal Anchor Festival, organised by the Ulverston Canal Regeneration Group. This year's theme was 'What the anchor saw'. All the children in Class 2 and 3 gathered together and had a go at decorating an anchor, then we chose our favourite parts of each design and amalgamated them into our finished piece. Mrs Beston and Class 3 have spend two weeks painting and prepping our anchor and it looks INCREDIBLE! Here's a sneak peek but you'll need to have a stroll along Ulverston Canal to spot it in the wild! The festival is running from October 15th to 28th.
