Headteacher Friday Update 7th May 2021

Date: 7th May 2021 @ 9:37am

A shorter week this week but still packed with learning!

Class 3 enjoyed their orienteering, both on and off site yesterday.

We had ‘pop-up worship’ in the orchard, which was a lovely collective experience.  We took advantage of the sunshine to sit amongst nature. The blossoms on the trees are simply divine!  Class 3 children entertained the younger ones with Barney and Bella, puppets used to explore themes within our worship.  We are going to utilise this space more frequently throughout these summer months for activities such as this.

On a less upbeat note, some news this week.  Unfortunately, Mrs Wilson, our wonderful Office Administrator, has decided it is time to leave us.  After 8 years, she is certainly part of the woodwork and will be very sadly missed.  I am sure you will agree that she has been a fabulous support to everyone in the school community and to me personally over the years.  We will of course have a send-off for her towards the end of the term.

I wish you all a lovely weekend.
