Headteacher Friday Update 6th September 2019

The children have all settled so well at the start of this new term.  They have been working with their teachers and teaching assistants to organise themselves in their new classrooms, sort out job responsibilities, cloakrooms, trays and class rules.  They are all beginning to delve into their topic work for this half term and forging new friendships within their groups.  We've already had a guitar demonstration in Class 2 from Mr Duesbury, our current guitar teacher.  Classes 1 and 2 have had their first Yoga class, which was very relaxing and engaging.  Class 3 are stepping admirably into their new position at the upper end of the school and 'doing us proud' helping the younger ones find their feet.
